Damned. That means we either have broken download links on our web site
(to non-existing language packs) or a broken build, which is even worse.
Since I didn't update the build script for the language packs, I can't
really tell how much work it would be. But the changes you made in
r16068 don't look scary to me :)
I'm pretty sure it would be more work for me to revert languages.txt and
*all* .php files for our web site back to the old state. So my
suggestion is b) merge the changes to the build system.
