Forgive the stupid question. Where do I find the cache file?

Haven't thought of this :)
If I press Ctrl-F5, the head revision of the branch is shown (in bold).
If I press just F5, the head revision goes away again.

Just checked the Windows system recovery (Finally found a use for it) :D

On the 25.8.2009 I installed TortoiseSVN r16974 over r16670
On the 4.9.2009 I installed TortoiseSVN r17111 over r16974
Today I installed TortoiseSVN r17148 over r17111

So the problem was possibly introduced between r16974 and r17111.
