Permission to Update /trunk/doc/po/TortoiseSVN.pot

Hi,

While going through the English TortoiseSVN help documentation I came across
a grammar error. I've noticed that previously when people found a mistake
they would inform this mailing list of the issue and then one of the core
contributors would commit the fix; indeed, looking through the last 100
revisions of /trunk/doc/po/TortoiseSVN.pot it appears that only the core
contributors have made changes.

Is this the preferred way to handle updates to TortoiseSVN.pot?

I'm more than willing to get a diff of the change and add it on here, I was
just thinking that it would be very easy for me to fix the issue and commit
it myself, thus lightening the load on the core contributors. I'm not trying
to step on any toes, I'm just trying to simplify the workflow and thought it
best to ask before acting.
