Yes - I got a code signing certificate now. It's not for "TortoiseSVN"
since that's not a registered company or trademark. The certificate is
for me and therefore the binaries show now that they're signed by
"Stefan Kueng" - but I think that's good enough.

Fixed in r16489.

If you don't get used to it, please tell us. I'm not very fond of this
either, that's why I had the links first shown in black.
