I tried out the latest nightly. The new signing of the binary looks good in XP at least. Nice!
 
The check links are also working as intended, with one exception: When checkning/uncgecking the "Show unversioned files" checkbox, the graying out of Check:-links is not updated untill the dialog has been refreshed (pressing F5).
 
Also, I must admitt that I find the blue color of the links kinda out of place. But it might just take some time getting used to. :-)
