From what I could see in your original post,
the "missing" revisions were additions /
deletions. And from the comments, I would
infer that those were made to /branches or
some other folder.

If you should not have sufficient access
rights, SVN might mask those information
and return an empty revision instead.

Also, cross-check with the output of the
command line client.
