None of the TSVN binaries are digitally signed (at least not with an
official code signing certificate recognized by Windows). We only sign
them with GPG, you can find the signatures on the download page.

The reason we (and most other open source projects) simply can't sign
the binaries with a Windows recognized certificate is that those
certificates are only available to companies, not individual persons.
And since we're not a company, we can't get such a certificate.
