windows explorer hangs

Hi there, I had this issue with ALL version so far.
I just upgrade to last version, nothing changes, on ANY PC or server I
install Explorer start hang none stop. Sometimes it take over 30
secunds to even display the roght click menu on folder! Not to mantion
open it to view...
Is that will EVER get fixed??? What the deal with this? I seen a lot
of posting about it online.

If u have a solution please let me know as I am close to give up on
this software. Too bad since other then that it is pretty good!
