Res: Brazilian portuguese translation (pt_BR)

Hello again!

More fixes in the translation files for pt_BR (files enclosed, both for "latest release" and "Trunk").

The main changes are related to the translation of the term "Blame". The previous translation was weird, and I found a more precise translation based in the Spanish translation.

Still coudn't find any missing accelerator key in both files. Counting the "&" characters in the files always returns an even number. I'd appreciate if you could point me out where is the missing accelerator.

Hi folks!

I've attached new versions of pt_BR (both for latest release and now for Trunk (HEAD) too), with missing translations fixed.

In the translation status website (http://tortoisesvn.net/translation_release_gui), the pt_BR is flagged as "missing accelerator keys". I reviewed the entire file and I found no missing accelerator. How can I find what is the missing accelerator?
