tortoise svn feature request (export only updated/modified files)

Hi!

I would like to request a feature, I guess it's will be useful in some
scenarios.
For example I have a web site under svn control, and updated it. Then
I need to get all updated and newly created files and directories
since some revision - to upload them to production environment.

Could it be done using existing tortoise (or svn) functionality? I
don't found yet.
If not, so could be this implemented in some future releases?
