I see you have fixed these in the latest nightly. The defaults now find and correctly link all latest messages in my repository, without any false positives. Very nice!
 
The only nitpick I have is that when clicking a revision that is not listed in the current log dialog, and a new one opens, the log message in the original log message list loses focus.
 
Also, I'm not completely sure it would be a good idea, but would it be possible to have different colors for links to issues and links to revisions. Maybe green links to revisions, and blue to issues?
