I've noticed this too. 1.6.1 of TSVN is not as responsive as previous versions.

Killing and restarting tsvncache fixes it.

Currently I've set the exclude/include settings which helps a lot, but it could be that it gets slower over time. I havn't kept too close a track on it to tell yet.

Memory usage hasn't been outrageous, and CPU is insignificant when explorer pauses.
