I did restructure the contrib folder now. All the "developer" stuff is
now in contrib/other and the user related stuff is in contrib.

We don't have externals to the translations anymore now, so I hope that
Stefan is happy too :)

Oto, as I told you before Easter, some files have been moved.
- tortoisevars.inc is now in contrib/other/translation-status
- trans-countries.inc has been merged into languages/languages.txt, so
you have to read this file instead.
