Want to go offline?

Hi all!

I'm from time to time having problems with the connectivity to one of the repositories that I'm using. This means that I'm no stranger to the "Want to go offline?" dialog. The connection problems I'm experiencing are however always transient, which means that I regularly end up pressing "Cancel" followed by triggering a reload.

I would propose to add a "Try again"-button to the "Want to go offline?"-dialog. Idealy it would be the default selection, so that pressing enter in the dialog would trigger a retry of the operation.

(And checking the "Make this default" could set the "Try again"-button to be grayed out.)
