Creating new directory/file in XP - random issue

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with TSVN, but I have to check
anyway to make sure. When I right-click inside of a working copy at any
level and go to New >> Folder, it pops up in "Rename" mode, so I have a
chance to type a name for that new folder. However, after about half a
second it pops out of rename mode and accepts the name of that folder as
"New Folder". I never had a chance to change its name!
This behavior does not occur when I create a folder outside of a working
copy. I've also limited the TSVNCache to the C:\IT directory, which is where
all of my TSVN related projects go. When I create a folder in C:\, this does
not happen.

Any ideas?
