DUG Review

Hi there,

I just reviewed the section related to the revision graph
and log caching. Some minor clarifications have been
committed as r15609. Please feel free to transform them
into proper English ;)

Here are a couple of findings that I didn't fix. Maybe
you can address some of them before 1.6.

* inconsistent case in "Log Caching" ./. "Log caching"

* 4.9.1 Invoking the Revision Log:
  The "Want to go offline?" dialog may pop up. Perhaps
  this is a good place to say a few words about it.

* 4.25.1 Revision Graph Nodes:
  'Modified working copy' node is missing.

* 4.25.2. Changing the View:
  Maybe note that rows may now overlap (see also
  Figure 4.46). Different rows are placed at least
  10 units (10 pixels @ 100%) apart. The row base line
  is the node side facing the earlier revision.

* 4.25.3 Using the Graph:
  "Caution" note still required?

* 4.25.5 Pruning Trees:
  The global context menu (click on background) allows
  to "expand all" and "join all".
