Better: The UI could poll automatically, if it becomes focus, and
additionally by timer, let's say each minute.
When you're "working on your files", you have focus elsewhere. If you go
back to TSVN UI, it could instantly poll + update the view.
My NetBeans IDE works like this, e.g., if I make some changes from
Explorer/TSVN side, and returning back to the IDE, it instantly polls
the filesystem and updates the state of all opened views.

Additional question: What means "CfM"?
