I wasn't aware of the way the POT files work.
These issues should be fixed by now.

That plus a number of smaller issues (HEAD, WC etc.)
are fixed as well.

This is the intended behavior and at least to me it
seemed like the best balance between 'confusion due
to unexpected information presentation' and 'confusion
due to missing information'.

Let me explain. As long as don't exclude deleted
branches from the graph, the respective 'deletion'
node will be shown as expected. When deleted branches
have been removed, some parts will remain visible:
those that get copied to some path (e.g. tag) still
in existence. Hence, those deleted paths are still
visible.

Now, the problem is how to prevent a "I thought it
was deleted?!' reaction. My solution is to show the
last remaining node on the path in 'deleted' color.

Do you have an alternative proposal?
