Rev graph flashing tooltips

Hi Stefan^2,

If you hover the mouse over a node which has a very long log message
the tooltip flashes on and off continuously. The same problem was
present in TBlame at one time but has since been fixed. Good examples
of this are where a major merge from trunk to branch took place and
all merged revisions are listed in the log message, eg in the
RevisionGraphRewrite branch.
