Yes, they will of course be included.
I've removed those from the nightly builds to lighten the upload a
little bit. The binaries that get uploaded every night are together over
100MB - I don't think we need to add even more to that.

You can install those with a language pack from an official release
(they're included there). They won't get uninstalled if you then install
a nightly build, so you'll still have them.
