No spellchecker dictionaries in nightly build?

Hi Stefan,

in the nightly builds, neither the application MSI
nor the language packs contain spellchecker files.
Will they be included in the final 1.6 release?

When I was looking for a dictionary download URL,
I remembered that the TSVN Sourceforge page
had them - at least ages ago ;) However, I could
not find it anymore nor were there any obvious
references in our user documentation (TSVN.net,
DUG).

What is our current policy about users installing
OO dictionary and thesaurus files?
