RFC: Merge up to date translations into the 1.5.x branch

Hi Folks,

There are several new translations in trunk which are in a good shape (read > 90% translated) and which do not exist in the 1.5.x branch.

The languages in question are:

TortoiseGUI ===============================================================

Serbian cyrillic (sr_spc) : 99% - (0/0/6) : NONE
Serbian latin (sr_spl) : 99% - (0/0/6) : NONE
Ukrainian (uk) : OK : NONE

There's also a complete Serbian DOC translation available.

Merging the GUI translation to branch will reduce the quality somewhat (~100 fuzzy strings), but if the translators agree to review the merged translations on trunk, we could easily gain three more languages for the next 1.5.x release of TortoiseSVN.
