Don't forget Xuewei Wang who offered to help with the translation as well :) I don't know if you have already contacted each other.

Please take care that you don't do double work accidentally, because one translator works on trunk and the other on stable. Decide on which you three work together. Appoint a responsible person for a part of the untranslated strings (e.g. Dongsheng strings 1-300, Xuewei strings 301-600, Xiaoyu strings 601-900).
I'd also suggest that Xuewei and Xiaoyu send their work to Dongsheng for review first, because he has the most experience and he is familiar with the Terminology. But that's just a suggestion. You can organize your work any way you like.
