盛裕程(Cecil at tigris dot org, Yu-cheng Sheng) is Chinese(traditional) translator,
宋冬生(me, cauchy at tigris dot org, Dongsheng Song) is Chinese(simplified) translator.

Because the current trunk have lot's of changes, so I'm only track branch 1.5.x now.

For 1.5.x branch, the only task is translate TortoiseSVN_zh_CN.po[1], or review the
translation. If you want do that, please contact me.
