The last translation work was done by Cecil Sheng (cauchy at tigris dot org). I recommend that you get into contact with him, because he has done a very good job so far. If the two of you work together and split the work up, you'll be finished in half the time. Apart from that it's always good to have a second opinion, when something is not clear.

To get started, there are only a few things to do:

1) Install poEdit on your PC <http://poedit.sourceforge.net/>
2) Check out <http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/Languages> (or for the docs <...trunk/doc/po> You'll get more than one language, but the Chinese translation will be in the folder too.
3) Update from .pot file and translate :)
4) Send your translated file to the developer list, so we can check them
5) After a few successful submissions. Create an account at tigris.org and send me your user name, so that I can give you commit access.
