Then the icon handler seems to have succeeded in loading, but somehow
the icon itself couldn't be loaded.
* try switching the explorer view to another view (e.g., from 'detailed'
to 'symbols') so the size of the icons is different - maybe that will
make the overlay show
* try switching to the default XPStyle pack - it should show the overlay
correctly.
I'll check the icon pack tomorrow whether it has corrupted icons...
