Suggestion for "Add to ignore list"

I have a suggestion the "Add to ignore list" menu:

Currently, when you have selected multiple files in a WC and select
Add to ignore list, then TSVN only shows a "Add n items" submenu. How
about a menu similar to what Subversive does: Its respective popup
menu displays two items in this case: "Ignore by extension" and
"ignore by name". This would make the menu consitent with the single
file case, and it covers a use case that I frequently have: selecting
files in a Visual Studio WC of all the file types that I want to
ignore by extension like *.ncb *.user and so on.
