Minor bug: in "modern" icon set, "ignored" and "non-versioned" icons are too big.

The new "ignored" and "non-versioned" overlay icons in the "Modern" icon
set are way bigger than all other overlay icons in that set. As I
understand, the "ignored" and "non-versioned" overlay icons were copied
from the "XPStyle" - I would imagine that just scaling them down to
match the size of all the other "Modern" icons would be good enough (or
at least a lot better than the current state of things).
