XP SP3 timestamp problem - trying to contact Stefan Kung

Hi all,

After reading http://tigrissvn.net/node/330, the idea occurred to me
that I might be partially responsible for this problem. My company has
set up http://lingnu.com/support.html#timezone, which is a very popular
source for working around the problems Microsoft has introduced with its
lame support for the Israeli time zone.

In order to find that out, and as I am not the only source of the
problem, I would appreciate it if I could be put in touch with some of
the original reporters of the problem. If my patches cause problems, I
would like to know about it and warn people arriving at my web site.
