Diff options in CfM dialog

Hi all,

I think I have asked this before, but can't find the answer. In the
CfM dialog if you right click on a file which has both local and
remote changes you get Compare with WC and Compare with BASE options
in the context menu. They both seem to do the same thing, which is a
3-way compare with the last common ancestor, i.e. BASE. That is a good
and useful thing to do, but you don't need 2 menu entries for that,
and you might also want simple 2-way diffs of remote-with BASE and
WC-with-BASE.
