problem with doc pdf output in rtl languages

hi all,

one question about chm creation, in the chm created i have been
successful in creating rtl text in the body of the chm, not in the
left contents tab, is it possible to
1- change the font of the contents tab
2- change layout to rtl like in the contents part. which file should i
change,

Also I have investigated the Apache fop archives and concluded it
cannot support rtl formatted languages like persian and arabic and
hebrew for now. so pdf generation of documents is out of question for
now. is it possible to create a word document using wordml or even
open office document which we can later print to pdf using open tools
for the pdf generation. please advice.
