bad control layout in switch dialog

TortoiseSVN 1.5.0, Build 13157 - 32 Bit -RC3, 2008/06/07 09:03:24,
Windows XP Professional SP2

The edit control with the working copy path sometimes placed in the
wrong position (see the picture).

To reproduce:

- open the dialog,

- increase the dialog height,

- close the dialog,

- open it again.

If you have already made the dialog non resizable in vertical dimension
(I don't have the nightly build installed, so I can't check), you won't
reproduce the problem this way.

Although, it's still better to check how the layout of controls on the
dialog is calculated.
