Text not fully visible in the Merge dialog

Hi!
The text is not fully visible in the following dialog:
TortoiseSVN -> Merge... -> Merge a range of revisions
The following line is missing:
"To merge all revisions, leave the box empty."
See the attached screenshot.
The text is actually there (verified it by copy/paste), just obscured
by the containing control.
I can work around it in the translation, but not in the original English.
