Bug in TortoiseSVN 1.5.0-RC3: Closing "Check-for-modification"-Window does not work

Hi,
 
when openening the window Check-for-modification and trying to close it
immediately (clicking on cross button top-right), the check is cancelled
but I would expect that the window closes automatically. Instead it
stays open telling me that the user has cancelled the operation.
 
Used version: TortoiseSVN 1.5.0, Build 13157 - 32 Bit -RC3, 2008/06/07
