But that's the question, I could imagine that deflate settings will be
ignored, since everything is encrypted and mod_deflate can't read
anything useful. I will let you know what I find. It could take some
time though, I do have a week vacation now, and my girlfriend is
friendly pointing me to get my stuff packed ;)

As a native German I would naturally do so, but I'm using an American
keyboard since I do live in the Netherlands.. should try to find the
alt+number shortcut code for it ;)
