Client hook GUI reproducible crash in 1.5.0 build 13157

Client hooks are going to be like manna from heaven for my group - we're
hoping to use them to keep FrameMaker files stored in a textual interchange
format in the repository, but have them check out in the normal binary Frame
format for daily work. In other words, we can finally do integrations! So
thanks for this feature.

In the current build, it does not seem to be possible to remove or edit
client-side hooks in the Settings panel; attempts to do so just crash the
Settings GUI. I figured this was probably a known issue but I wanted to
mention it just in case. I can provide more details if needed.
