Just tell me your tigris.org account name and I'll give you commit access.

There are nightly builds at http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/latest/win32/

We have to re-enable the Farsi translation, because nobody has worked on it for a long time. If you check something in, I'll turn the translation on and on the next morning you'll have a Persian language pack.
I hope the right-to-left output will work properly in TortoiseSVN. The original translator has sent us the .po file and we never heard anything from him, whether it was good or not. Good to see that there are now (at least) two people who will have a look at it :)
