Translation CS

Dear Luebe,

I start helping with CS translation, but as it is not my mother language
(even I understand very well) I'm not sure about accuracy.

Do you know what is approximate usage of language packs ? Only
SourceForge ?
I would suggest to add text "translator needed" in instalator. Maybe
somebody will help.
I think that in 14 download should be one potecional translator ...
