I had same question/request.
I had developed tool for some reports of this kind. But till now, there
was no request for this, but me.
You can try it and let me know. Currently is it stopped in development
stage, but if it become used I can work on it more.
It is in pure PHP and runs on tsvn.e-posta.sk.
I'm going to fix grouping today, because TortoiseMergeENG.rc has changed
to unicode from time I start with this.
