sorry for not replying earlier, but some e-mails to the list do not
arrive at my work address:

Krzysztof Kotowicz has already started to work on the translation. The
"perfect" solution would be if you both get accounts at tigris.org and
share the work. One works top down and the other bottom up and both. If
you both commit regularly, you will be finished in almost no time :)
