I can't reproduce that.
I've set the bugtraq:logregex to "[Ii]ssue #?(\d+)" and the bugtraq:url
to "http://someurl.com/view?id=%BUGID%".

The log dialog shows the bug-id column just fine with those properties set.

What are the properties you've set?
