Explorer CPU spike

Vista Business 64-bit latest updates as of today (2008-04-18).

TortoiseSVN 1.4.8.12137 (64 bit)

With symptoms similar to http://svn.haxx.se/tsvn/archive-2007-01/0200.shtml, the CPU spikes when TSVNCache.exe executes. Mine happened to run on startup. Explorer CPU spiked and stayed indefinitely. Uninstalled TortoiseSVN, rebooted, and all is fine again.
