Errors in localized version of TortoiseSVN

Hi,

I was trying out the Slovenian language pack that I'm maintaining and
found a few errors:

1. The title in the Settings dialog does not show non-English
characters - see the attached picture. The entry in the tree on the
left side is displayed correctly.

2. TortoiseMerge About: the positions of labels are incorrect. See the
attached picture.

3. The texts on buttons in Settings dialog are not translated, they
are shown in English - either they are not translated or the dialog is
using OS buttons (note that I'm using English version of WinXP).

4. Diff with previous: when cancelled, 'canceling' is displayed. This
text does not appear in the .pot file. Also note the typo (only one
'l').

5. Log dialog - CTRL-F -> the dialog displayed is in English

6. TortoiseMerge menus are in English. When an entry is invoked
(About..., Settings), the displayed dialog is translated.
