Yep, the docs now build for me. There are no image-overdraws at the moment
(as expected since your modifications have not yet been committed and the
tools still have fop 0.20.5).

The English PDF does show a couple of text lines that appear too long (page
23, section 3.1.9 for example)

the XML has
<screen>
SSLMutex "file:C:/Program Files/Apache Software
Foundation/Apache2.2/logs/ssl_mutex"
</screen>

The PDF only shows the line up to ../logs/ssl_
