Steve,

Ouch, think I found the cause: my WC was not complete (only the source tree
was retrieved fully recursive, the doc tree subfolders weren't all filled
yet. Updating them right now (the only way to fill these folders is via
'Update to revision...', select HEAD and 'fully recursive' right?).
