Feature Request: "Check for modifications" Refresh button

Hi,

I'm currently using TSVN 1.5 from the nightly build section, and I notice
that the "Check for Modifications" dialog does not have a "refresh" button.
I realize that pressing F5 will cause a refresh, however this will not be
very apparent to every user. In fact, I never knew F5 had any effect in the
dialog until I read the changelog!

A simple "Refresh" button to the left of "Check repository" button would be
sufficient and easy to implement. Let me know if you can think this is a
good idea and would consider doing it.
