Inappropriate tooltip

Dear developers

I found a small bug about a tooltip, and I'm using nightly version of r12310
on WindowsXP. In the "Dialogs 1" of general setting dialog, a tooltip of
"Always use system locale settings to show times and dates" appears on the
checkbox of "Short date/time format in log messages". I think this tooltip
should appear on "Use system locale for date/time".

And I have a request for you. If possible, please enlarge the button size of
"Abort Merge" on "Resolve conflict" dialog. Because this is too small for
Japanese translation.
