Hello Stefan,

i think it wouldn`t be a good idea to bundle with other software,
because the reputation of TortoiseSVN could be damaged and if it is
spam/adware it would be difficult to rollout the software in a company.

The main problem to donate something to the project is the way how it is
possible. Paypal is not the way for companies to donate some money. Most
companies would not create a Paypal account only for donating money to
TortoiseSVN. I think you should serve other possibilities to donate
money. For example by Credit card or bank transfer.
