Well, everything has it's price, including reputation and goodwill --
as a citizen of Russia I am well aware of that.
However, the price should be considered carefully.

For example, if you will choose to bundle something,
then I would prefer something well-known like Google Desktop Search,
not the product of some obscure marketing company.
In the case of GDS it can even be made a mildly interesting feature by
integrating repositories into the search, like a local version of
http://www.google.com/codesearch
