The main reasons why I prefer full row select:
* if you need to scroll to the right (e.g. you have sorted by a different
criteria than "File") you cannot select the lines because this is only
possible on the first column
* you cannot right click on any columns but the first

TortoiseSVN leaves the registry keys not set unless set explicitly by the
user. This allows us the change the value in a later release and thereby
changing the default behaviour. If TortoiseSVN would set it automatically
it would not be possible to determine if it es merely the default value or
the user explicitly choose the value.

If the majority of the users don't like full row select, I don't mind
setting the registry key. But are Nicolas and me the only ones
prefering "full row select"?
